Priority,Title,Description,Objective,Benefit,Owner,Stakeholders,Operations Score,People Score,Business Score,Governance Score,Security Score,Development Score,Total Score
Scoring System
Understanding how projects are evaluated and scored:
Six Evaluation Areas
- Operations - Efficiency gains, error reduction, process improvements
- People - Team impact, skill development, productivity improvements
- Business - Cost benefits, revenue impact, strategic value
- Governance - Compliance, risk management, strategic alignment
- Security - Data protection, access control, privacy considerations
- Development - Technical complexity, implementation challenges
Rating Scale
- 0-2: Minimal impact or very high complexity/risk
- 3-4: Low impact or high complexity/risk
- 5-6: Moderate impact or moderate complexity/risk
- 7-8: High impact or low complexity/risk
- 9-10: Very high impact or very low complexity/risk
Weighted Scoring
Each question has a predefined multiplier that affects its contribution to the section score. This ensures that more important factors have greater influence on the final evaluation.
Score Calculation
Section Score = Σ(Question Rating × Question Multiplier)
Total Score = Sum of all section scores
💡 Pro Tip: Focus on projects with high Business/Operations scores and low Development scores for quick wins.
Charts & Analysis
Understanding the visual analytics provided by the tool:
Radar Chart
The radar chart shows a project's performance across all six evaluation areas:
- Each axis represents one evaluation area
- Larger areas indicate higher scores
- Balanced projects show roughly circular patterns
- Spiky patterns indicate strong performance in some areas, weak in others
Interpreting Patterns
- High Business + Low Development: Quick wins with good ROI
- High Operations + High People: Transformational opportunities
- Low Governance + High Impact: May need additional planning
- High Security Concerns: Require careful risk assessment
Comparative Analysis
Use the table view to compare projects side-by-side:
- Sort by clicking column headers
- Look for patterns across similar project types
- Identify outliers that may need special attention
💡 Analysis Tip: Projects with balanced scores across all areas are often safer implementations, while specialized scores may offer targeted benefits.
